Residential Complex "Green Town" 17g Akhsarova Str. Residential property of business class. The project is located in Oleksiivka microdistrict (Dzerzhynsky district of Kharkiv), in a quiet residential area near a park. The district is characterized by a developed social and transport infrastructure with Oleksiivska metro station as well as bus, trolleybus and tram stops being located nearby. The complex consists of three monolith frame buildings with facade insulation. Every building includes an underground parking and commercial premises in ground floors. The first stage of the complex (one building) was put into operation in 2010. Construction works started in March 2007. The total area of the first stage of the complex is 5.7 thousand sq m including: Completion of the whole complex is scheduled for 2012. Residential Complex "Edelweiss" 10b Olympiyska Str. Residential property of business class. The complex is located in a quiet green district of Kharkiv. A wonderful view of the whole city can be admired from the upper floors of the building. The district is characterized by a developed social infrastructure - shopping centers, banks, shops, pharmacies, schools, kindergartens and a sports centre are located in the neighborhood. "Marshala Zhukova" metro station as well as bus and trolleybus stops are situated near the complex. Residential complex "Ultra" 20, O. Yarosha lane Residential property of premium class. Ultra residential complex is located in a picturesque part of Kharkiv near Sarzhyn Ravine Park, Botanic Garden metro station, Burevestnik stadium and Independence square. The total area of Ultra complex is 50,000 sq m. The complex consists of two 23-storeyed residential towers (of triangular and rectangular shapes) with comfortable penthouses and a 3-storeyed commercial part including premises for shops, restaurants, fitness center, beauty parlor, bowling alley and offices. The complex includes an underground parking with the total area of 3,300 sq m for 190 lots. Ultra residential complex was put into operation in 4th quarter of 2009. Residential Complex "Carat" 6, Potebni Str. Residential property of premium class. Complex is located in the central part of the city, in Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. The total area of the project is 6.1 thousand sq m including: total area of 24 apartments – 4.3 thousand sq m, area of commercial premises – 0.7 thousand sq m. Carat complex includes a guest parking an underground parking for 32 lots. Carat residential complex at 6, Potebny st represents a U-shaped low-rise building with a pass-through into the enclosed yard, located on the platform at the ground floor level. The project was designed by Drozdov and Partners design bureau. The area of apartments varies from 100 sq m to 285 sq m. The apartments in Carat have "island" kitchens, panoramic windows constructions in loggias, windows at different levels and French balconies finalized with colored glass. TMM used Trespa facing panels to create ventilated facades in the Carat complex. Ventilated facade is highly durable and provides a healthy micro climate in the building. This technology is often used in realization of high-class projects. Carat residential complex became the first project in Kharkiv with a comfort climate supporting system realized in a base case. This includes a centralized air supply to each room of the apartments and a multifunctional air-conditioning system. Construction-assembly lasted from March 2006 till January 2010. Residential building "Flamingo" 13, Bakulina Str. Residential property of premium class. Flamingo residential project is located in the center of the city not far from "Nauchnaya" metro station, Gorky Park, Dynamo stadium and Svobody square. Flamingo residential project represents a reconstruction of an old building with two additional storeys for two-level apartments built on top of the house. The total area of a 7-storeyed building is 5.3 thousand sq m, including residential sellable area of 3.6 thousand sq m and commercial premises area of 0.5 thousand sq m. The building includes 22 apartments with the total area from 110 to 290 sq m. The construction works were carried out from December 2006 to August 2009. Residential Complex "Atoll" 52/54 Klaptsova Str. Residential property of business class. The total area of the project is 34 182 sq. m. including apartments: 23 995 sq. m, non-residential premises: 4 139 sq. m, car park: 3 049 sq. m. The residential complex "Atoll" is located not far from Poltavskyi Shlyakh Street and Kholodna Hora metro station. A wonderful overview of the city centre can be observed from the upper floor windows of the building (the building consists of three sections: 2-, 9-, and 10-storeyed section) - gardens, parks, domes of Blagovischenskyi, Pokrovskyi and Uspenskyi cathedrals, Kharkiv National University. Dwelling House "Druzhba" 238, Druzhby Narodiv Str. Residential property of economy class located in Moscowsky district of Kharkiv. The house is located in a quiet and cosy residential district with the developed infrastructure and good transport accessibility (Heroiv Pratsi metro station, bus and mini-bus stops). The total area of the project is 19868 sq. m. The construction of the 9-storeyed dwelling house was started in the second quarter of 2005. The house was put into commission in 4Q 2007.
