In the 4th quarter of 2010 TMM Company is planning to put into operation Edelweiss business-class residential complex, the company's project under construction on Olympiyska st in Kharkiv. An acceptance committee has been set up and started its work at TMM Company's Aviator residential complex, located at 22-28, Komarova ave, Kyiv, due to the construction completion. Under the existing law an inspection by an acceptance committee is to be carried out within 14 days since its creation. In course of construction of the first stage of Sonyachna Brama residential complex at 73-79, Lomonosova st, Kyiv TMM Company has finished works on wall plastering in apartments and public premises of a 19-storeyed building N8.
