As of today, the whole scope of construction-assembly and fine finishing works has been completed and surrounding area has been landscaped. TMM Company has finished the brick laying works in its economy-class residential project Aviator at 22-28, Komarova ave (Kyiv). Subsequently, the tower cranes at both sections have been disassembled (the crane at 1st section was disassembled in June 2009). According to the agreement, Sport Life is to operate a fitness center in the Triumph residential complex (59 Zverinetskaya st, Kyiv) put into operation in June 2008. In particular, the brick laying of the inner and outer walls has been finished in 1st section of the building and is 85% complete in 2nd section.
