TMM Company is the member of several national public organizations aimed at development of the construction market of Ukraine and introduction of common working standards for construction and developer companies, investors and other market players.

  Construction Chamber of Ukraine

TMM Company is an active member of the Construction Chamber of Ukraine (CCU). General Director of TMM Mykola Tolmachov is a vice-president and a member of the Council of CCU as well as the head of one of Chamber's committees - Committee on Certification of Actors of Construction Market.

Construction Chamber of Ukraine is a non-governmental non-profit self-managed organisation uniting the entrepreneurs - legal and physical entities, citizens of Ukraine, registered according to the legislation of Ukraine, and also their unions.

Construction Chamber of Ukraine is founded with the purpose of fostering the city planning development, implementation of generally accepted business practice norms and rules of the construction market players and conduction of analysis of quality and cost of dwelling, timeliness of its construction and ensuring the proper use of funds attracted.

TMM Company is one of the founders of Ukrainian Construction Association (UCA). Ukrainian Construction Association founded in May of 2005 is a national union of private constructors, investors and developers.

General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov is the Vice-President of Ukrainian Construction Association and also the member of the Board of Directors of the Association.

The main activity of TMM Company within the UCA is the development and implementation of the single classification of residential real estate property. The working group, headed by General Director of TMM Mykola Tolmachov, was established with the purpose of classification.

The mission of UCA is to facilitate the improvement of investment climate and development of construction industry in Ukraine. The main goal of UCA activity is to represent and protect interests of constructors and investors on Ukrainian market.

At present over 80 dynamically developing companies on Ukrainian market are members of Ukrainian Construction Association. The number of working places in Kyiv, created by UCA member-companies exceeds 80000.

  Ukrainian Association of Dry Construction Mixtures Producers

"Kharkiv Plant of Construction Mixtures" Ltd, which produces dry construction mixtures and clearcoles under "TOKAN" trademark, is the member of the Association. "T.M.M." company is the founder of the plant.

Ukrainian Association of Dry Construction Mixtures Producers is an independent social organization established to protect the rights and interests of its members.

The most important areas of the Association's activity are assistance in development of dry construction mixtures production, technical, technological and legal support, collecting and distribution of information necessary for the members of the Association and more.
