Mykola TolmachovGeneral DirectorFounder and General Director (CEO) of TMM Company. Graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Aviation cum laude in 1984. Holds a degree in Economics from Kharkiv National Karazin University and Ph.D. degree from Kharkiv Institute of Aviation. Mykola Tolmachov is the author of scientific articles and publications.
The main shareholder of TMM Company since March 1992.
In 2001 Mr. Tolmachov was awarded with a Cross of Honor of 2nd degree "For Revival of Ukraine".
In December 2002 by the Decree of the President of Ukraine a group of Tokan construction mixtures inventors represented by Mykola Tolmachov was awarded with "State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Engineering 2002" for creation of the competitive kinds of polymineral mixtures and start of their industrial production for further usage in construction.
In 2005 Mr. Tolmachov ranked fourth in the annual rating "TOP-100. 100 Best Top-Managers of Ukraine", conducted by a financial weekly edition "InvestGazeta".
Mykola Tolmachov is the vice-president of the Construction Chamber of Ukraine and a member of the Board of Ukrainian Construction Association where he headed the working group for elaboration of an official real estate classification.
In 2007 Mykola Tolmachov was named the Entrepreneur of the Year according to the National Project Man of the Year 2006.
Larysa Chyvurina
Financial Director
Graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Aviation with the degree in Engineering. She got Economics degree in Kharkiv National Karazin University. Larysa Chyvurina was appointed for the position of the chief accountant of TMM Company in 1994. Since January 2005 Larysa Chyvurina holds the position of financial director of the company.

Yuriy Isayev
Deputy General Director on Legal Issues
Graduated from Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy with the degree in Jurisprudence; he got Economics degree in Kharkiv National Karazin University. Before 1995 Mr. Isayev worked as the head of legal department of Kyiv branch in Commercial Joint Stock Bank of Social Development ("Ukrsotsbank") of Kharkiv. In 1989-1993 he worked as a legal advisor in Administration of South Railway and Investment Commercial Joint Stock Bank "Kharkiv". Since 1995 he works as the Deputy General Director of TMM Company on Legal Issues.

Volodymyr Ustinov
Chief Engineer
Graduated from Kyiv Construction Institute with the degree in Engineering (industrial and civil construction). Since 1981 Mr. Ustinov has worked in the construction sphere. He worked as an engineer and the head of engineering department of the construction organisations "Kyivprombud" and "Budkontrakt". Volodymyr Ustinov joined the TMM Company team in 1995, and since 2001 he has worked as the Chief Engineer of the Company.

Tetyana Polotnenko
Chief Accountant
Graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Aviation with the degree in Informational Technologies (Software and Automated Systems) and Kharkiv Institute of Management with the degree in Accounting. Has been working for TMM Company since 1996, since January 2002 as an accountant. Since January 2005 she is the chief accountant of the Company.
